After the success of the pilot phase of the Oslo European Green Capital Business Program Mentorship Program that was launched earlier this spring, Oslo Business Region is happy to announce the start of the second edition of the program. The second round kicks off next month. This morning, a motivated group of new mentors were onboarded to the program at the Oslo Business Region office at MESH.
Mentors include Ina Ronæss, Sustainability Manager at H&M; Joachim Levin, Co-founder of 657 Oslo; Asgeir Knudsen, Communication Advisor, The Norwegian Outdoor Board; and Benedicte Brinchmann Eie, Partner and Advisor at Primus Productions AS.
Oslo Business Region sees the mentoring program as a key tool in strengthening Oslo’s sustainability business sector – as well as offering the opportunity to pay it forward. At the center of this platform is the mission to create a network of Oslo based professionals working in the arena of sustainability. Together, mentors and mentees will build a lasting legacy that will continue well after the Oslo European Green Capital year.
We are still actively seeking more mentors to sign up.
There is commitment when signing up: Spending a minimum of 15 minutes a week with your mentor/mentee. Ideally, it would be 45 mins to an hour. the communication can take place in person, over the phone, Skype, e-mail, etc. – whatever works best for you.
