Every year, the Climate-KIC Accelerator supports over 150 startups in Europe, and the number is growing. 6 Norwegian startups are already assigned. Oslo Business Region teamed up with the Climate-KIC Accelerator to support new tech startups. Lars Gjølme of NTNU/Climate-KIC introduced the accelerator and how to apply.
To highlight how startups can view global challenges as opportunities, Bjørn Haugland of DNV GL, presented key insights from the Global Opportunity Report, and Josefine Selj, from the University of Oslo, shared the latest in green technology solutions, primarily within solar and wind, from a Norwegian perspective. Startups Ducky and Salcape, both supported by Climate-KIC, presented their business ideas.
