About 150 companies and organizations are taking part in the 2018 Oslo Innovation Week dugnad. 50 events will be welcoming 10.000 attendees and 250 speakers from all over the world. How can event organizers use storytelling to increase viral buzz and create a compelling narrative for the media? This was the topic when we gathered OIW 2018 organizers and people interested in learning more about storytelling through events on 11 June 2018 at MESH. Industry experts shared insights and tools, we celebrated the release of the program for Oslo Innovation Week 2018, and 10 event organizers pitched their event to the 150 attendees participating.

According to the feedback from the attendees, both in numbers and suggestions for improvement – we must design for more interactive sessions and more involvement from attendees. We have to facilitate better for the attendees to get support and advice on their events, and create more valuable networking arenas.
