We are looking for a project manager/event coordinator for Oslo Innovation Week to join our team from May – September 2019. You’ll be working alongside a dedicated team of 8 in central Oslo, meet founders, investors and leaders and contribute to one of the largest (and of course the best) sustainability conferences in Scandinavia. You’ll meet key players and learn about the Oslo (and global) innovation ecosystem.
We are looking for someone who gets things done, is experienced in event booking, and knows the tech/startup field (in Oslo).
Oslo Innovation Week 2019 is 50 events hosted across central Oslo 23-27 September. This year’s theme highlights Explorers – the pioneers, startup founders and investors, corporate and public sector leaders, scientists, programmers and makers, who dare to take the path less traveled to find business solutions that will help build a more sustainable world. Every year Oslo Innovation Week attracts 10.000 attendees and 250+ speakers.
Oslo Business Region coordinate event partners and communicate the events through digital channels and to international media. In addition, we organize key events such as The Official Opening and OIW 100 Pitches.
You’ll get firsthand experience working on an event that was on Forbes must-go-to list in 2018, you’ll work hard but will have lots of fun and you’ll get to know a lot of great people from all over the world.
